Preguntas frecuentes
Lo que vas a preguntar.
When does a referral count?
When they pay their 1st real month. The free trial (1 month) doesn't count — when their first payment is confirmed, it adds 1 to your counter.
How is the free month applied?
Automatic: you're credited 1 free month of the MAX Plan. If you're on another plan, that month you get everything in MAX at no extra cost. No credit notes, no hassle.
Can I accumulate more than one month?
Yes. Every 5 confirmed referrals earns you 1 free month of the MAX Plan. Keep referring and keep accumulating.
What if my referral cancels?
If the reward has already been credited to your account, it stays. You don't lose anything when a referral decides to cancel afterwards.
